Yesterday we looked at Instagram bios, today, we are going to look at ideas for content on Instagram.

Between the listing posts/reels (and I believe there are six variations of them: Coming Soon, Sneak Peek, Just Listed, Open Home, Auction/Sold, Testimonial) and other real estate content (market updates etc), one good strategy is to include some local area content and a popular strategy is to be a local area tour guide.

Note the obvious prompt, “Please provide me 20 Instagram Post ideas, I’m a real estate agent in Runaway Bay”, is probably not going to get you the result you want. It will be pretty generic.

And, this is pretty good as it gives me some specific things to do. But there’s one more prompt that I think would take this up a notch, and make it really engaging.
